    Another 15-1 season or even better; Super Bowls, will be the deciding factor. McCarthy just has the composure and philosophies that everyone wants in a head coach. (Same with Holmgren)

    Can't agree with them putting Harbaugh in the top tier. I really like Tomlin too, but I think BB is alone in the top tier of NFL coaches.
