Bears fans when confronted will always bring up their all time record vs. the Pack, but to state something I said here before...

Most of those "vaunted" wins are before 1990. Pack is 29-16 over the Bears since then. In that time the Packers have swept the series 10 times as opposed to 4 for the Bears. Bears have not been dominant for a decade over the pack since the 80's. That one won't put a Packers fan in check; bragging rights as of recent times have been mostly ours.

    Yessir...

Another category; though slight where the pack leads, all time series sweeps. 25-24

Bears fans been trying to make a case for the good performance of their 2nd string RB and QB, but if my memory serves me well they sputtered once they got into the red zone, whereas when Rodgers got the offense there they scored 5 TD's, didn't have to settle for any FG's.

Their feelings are hurt from losing, that's why they love bringing that up, just like Vikings fans when they lose "But we got your old QB to beat you twice a few years back!!!"

Heck, if we just do it by won/loss in MY lifetime, the Packers come out ahead.

And I'm pretty old. I remember watching the "Ice Bowl"

I remember watching that too. Missed the final play as I went somewhere with my dad, but we listened to it on the radio.

This btw, is why Lovie Smith is a Packer hater. He grew up in Texas a Cowboys fan at that time...

Too bad after a good start Lovie's number one job of beating the Packers is a FAIL!

The bears' lead in the series just keeps getting smaller and smaller for the last two decades, they have to get those "we lead the series" jabs in while they still can.

If they still want to refer to good performances by their second string, refer them to Packers - Lions 1-1-2012 to see how it is supposed to be done.
