Thanx for sharing those different and refreshing perspectives on the SW PT (Prequel Trilogy)
I had to stop it because I got the point and the narrator just kept on rambling.
He is right though. It takes a left turn and moves far, far away from the ideas of the Original Trilogy.
Anyway, as far as I'm concerned the SW PT doesn't exist. It was all just a bad dream Luke had.

Saw Se7ven for the first time a while ago and it was very solid. Freeman was great as usual.

Well he hits the nail on the head near the end about creativeness, the best part in the Phantom Menace review is where they screen the rough cut, and everyone is saying how terrible it looks.
George gets all that credit for nothing if you ask me. He's a great ideas man, but he didn't write the Empire Strikes Back, and it probably wouldn't have been the best one had he wrote it, cause after seeing how the prequels were written, I don't call him a great writer.

Last night I watched The Treasure of the Sierra Madre for the first time, and was amazed at the story telling, a 5 out of 5 movie I'd recommend to anyone out there. Think I watch too many old movies as it is, now my girlfriend is watching them with me every weekend lmao

    Battlefield LA
    Don't bother.
Just go back and watch Indy Day or 2012 and you see the same thing.
Heros, disaster all around them. Somehow winning at the end against the odds and over saturated use of CGI.

Red Dragon which is a remake to Manhunter which I prefer.

    No Escape.
It's a nice escape movie in both those ways.

Instead of watching the Pro-Bowl, I watched Radio, with Cuba Gooding Junior. A football related, based on true story, sort of tear-jerker.

Isn't that the one were they go to the center of the galaxy and meet "god"? If so, it was pretty lame and really should not have been made.

    Wonderland

    The Thin Blue Line

Both are about true crime stories.
Wonderland is based on (And from the reading I've done it seems pretty accurate) while Blue Line is a documentary with re-enactments.

    Liked them both.
