Italian themed here. Making some more meatballs, lasagna, 3 types of pasta/ noodles, salad, garlic bread and maybe a tray of stuffed shells. Vino, plenty of it. Some Wisconsin cheese with crackers for snacks, got to have some Wisconsin flair. Packers and even Saints fans welcome at table though I may need to have someone make a pot of gumbo if the Saints fans show up!

Probably crawfish etouffee. Maybe some blackened gator, as well. I have 30 pounds of crawfish tails and several pounds of gator in the freezer I need to use. I stocked up for the season.
