I'm going to have to do serious amounts of Drugs. The Bears are just playing Possum....unfortunately after tonight's Dallas game most of my possums are in the hospital.

Congrats, you are 2007's New Orleans Saints

You know what sucks about tonights game.. is maybe someone will march into Lovie's office and force him to pull Grossman... by gunpoint if needed... I don't understand how he can take it.. Lovie that is... gotta make him sick.

Here's a little Bears Fan insight...

Even if the Bears change QB's, their recievers are not getting open right now.
Having said that, Griese will most likely start next week at the Lions

The d knows that he is going to throw that stupid out. You could see the dbacks break on the ball before the receivers.

I agree about the wides... but boy was the center of the field open tonight... and Rex kept drifting to the outside... mostly locking in from the snap. Another fine Florida QB in action...

Griese is just a temporary solution. There's no way he can become this team's franchise quarterback. After this year, we need to start from scratch at QB. Maybe we hold on to Griese for two years, play ******, and wait for Tim Tebow to come out of Florida. Or we just hand it over to Orton.

rex is about as immobile as you can be. how he rushed 10 yards for that first down i will never know. He was carrying the ball away from his body. I was waiting for him to fumble it.

Yeah......i see what you mean about them playing "possum." I saw one that looked just like them along the side of the road a few days ago........he was so good at it too......... he's STILL there this morning! Just like the Bears are in the NFC North basement! And will remain there! But don't feel all alone.....you arn't alone in the basement! And we will leave the light on for you, so you don't get scared!

Did you guys know that Grossman is Lovie's "love child??" Maybe that why he can't bring himself to do what every Bear fan wants, and get him out of town.

Urlacher was interviewed at his locker and one of the earlier questions was about Rex turning the ball over, Urlacher replied "whats new". lol

He was actually talking about Grossman taking the critism again this year.. but turning the ball over probably is what he wanted to say!

Why don't they play Orton? He can't be worse than Rex and he's at least young enough that he could become a player in this league (he was good in college).

I meant after October 7 of course. They need to wait until then to be really sure about Rex.

C'mon Grizz, your side of class is ruining this section. I hope the Bears throttle the Lions Sunday so you'll be back to your scrappy self. Believe it or not I enjoy that, cause that's where the joy of victory comes from. I still think the Bears are the team for us to stay ahead of. They looked bad but their losses have come against 2 of the top teams

you know cheesey, I was hoping to see the Vikings in sole possession of the Division basement. I guess Vikesrule and PolarGrizz are roomates down there now. This should be fun.

As I am typing this I am hearing the Bears defensive injury report.....it looks like 6 starters will be sitting out the Lions game. The Bears have all but cut Grossman. Brian Griese will be starting against the Lions so we might actually score a few touchdowns, but without a real defense so will the Lions.

As much as this hurts for me to say you are the class of this years division. Unless the injury bug gets the Packers, you will win this division by thanksgiving. Believe you me, I hate admitting that.

Also, unless the NFL allows my bears to carry concealed handguns on October 7th, The packers should bury the Bears by 17 or more.

I'll be lurking here, but really, do I want to become a regular whipping boy here, a dancing monkey like VikesRule, who has become a retarded mascot for Packer Fans? I don't think so.

So Packer Nation enjoy the year because next year will promise you nothing.....I know that ever so well now.

ahh Grizz...buck up! You are just victims of the SB loser curse. You will back to yourselves in no time.

I am really shocked you are giving up so early. Win this week. Beat us next week and you are only a game out of first and we still have to play the cowboys....in Dallas. All is not lost. I wish it was, but I can't say so yet.

MY Bears have six starters hurt on D. That's more than half of our starting Defense. We're done.
