*Green Bay is performing better than most expected after losing four of its first five games in each of the past three seasons. The Packers are off to their best start since opening 3-0 in 2001 following Sunday's 35-13 win over the New York Giants - their highest-scoring game since defeating New Orleans 52-3 on Oct. 9, 2005.

Green Bay has won six straight dating to last season, and both of its victories this year have come against 2006 playoff teams - the Giants and Philadelphia.

Favre has won all four of his starts against the Chargers, with the Packers outscoring San Diego 131-47 in those games. The three-time league MVP has thrown for 828 yards, 10 TDs and four interceptions during those contests.

Green Bay has won seven of eight all-time meetings against San Diego, with the Chargers' only victory coming at Lambeau Field in 1984.

The Packers are most definitely on a Momentous Roll

    Looks Like a lock…….

    Chargers 35 Packers 13

*The Minnesota Vikings have struggled on offense this season, but at least they can fall back on a stout defense. The Kansas City Chiefs have been so miserable on offense, it's making life almost too difficult on the other side of the ball.

At least Minnesota, which has lost 12 of its last 13 road games against AFC opponents, has a strong defense. It scored two touchdowns in Week 1, added another against the Lions and now has eight since the start of 2006, the most in the NFL. The Chiefs are struggling to find any positives only two games into the season.

In two games, the Chiefs have managed only 13 points and averaged just 250 yards. This comes after a winless preseason in which they scored only 32 points in four losses.

Larry Johnson, who rushed for 1,789 yards and scored 19 touchdowns last season, has only 98 yards on 26 carries in the first two games and has yet to reach the end zone.

Kansas City is 20-4 at home against NFC teams since 1995, the best record in the NFL during that span.

    Another Lock…….

    ViQueens 20 Chefs 38

*Jon Kitna was mocked for his prediction that the Detroit Lions would win at least 10 games this year. Two games into the season, Detroit is one-fifth of the way there.

The surprising Lions look to improve to 3-0 for the first time since 1980, while the disappointing Philadelphia Eagles try to avoid their first 0-3 start since 1999 when the teams meet at Lincoln Financial Field on Sunday.
Kitna left the game with a concussion in the first half, but returned in time to help set up Jason Hanson's 37-yard field goal in overtime that lifted Detroit to a 20-17 win over Minnesota. He said the third concussion of his NFL career was the worst yet, but he felt fine when he re-entered the game midway through the fourth quarter.

"I've never felt anything like that, and for it to clear up and go right back to as normal as I can be, is nothing short of a miracle," Kitna said. "I just definitely feel the hand of God. That's all it was. You can't explain it."Can you say Jesus?

The Eagles, meanwhile, entered this season with a healthy Donovan McNabb and high expectations, but they're winless.

Philadelphia is hoping to turn around its 0-2 start the same way it did the last time it lost its first two games. The Eagles started the 2003 season with back-to-back defeats, but won 12 of their last 14 regular-season games and advanced to the NFC championship game. It was the third time in the Super Bowl era that Philadelphia made the playoffs after an 0-2 start.

In an interview broadcast on Tuesday, McNabb said black quarterbacks face greater scrutiny than their white counterparts. He also said black quarterbacks "have to do a little bit extra" because there are relatively few of them, adding "people didn't want us to play this position."
Let’s see, Jesus Healing Kitna …….Nobody likes McNabb because he’s black…
    Another lock…
    Lions 27 Eagles 13

*With Tony Romo again playing like a Pro Bowler, the Dallas Cowboys have established one of the top offenses in the league.

Rex Grossman and the Chicago Bears offense are stumbling, but the team's vaunted defense looks as stingy as ever.

These teams have alternated wins in their last five meetings, but Chicago has won the last three matchups at Soldier Field.
    Cowboys 19 Bears 21

He has the Packers giving up 35 points and the Vikings 38 points. I don't know who will win either game. But I guarantee neither team gives up that many points. Oh, and the Bears scoring 21, that is a stretch also.

These are your honest predictions, or what you want to happen?

I don't see the Chiefs scoring 38 on the Vikings, not even if Jackson throws 4 INT's.

Count on Hester for 3 TD's to score your 21 points.

That was exactly what i was thinking..........he MUST be counting on Hester to score 3 TD's.....thats the only way the Bears will score 21.

So if the Bears dont score the 21 on Offense, then they dont count? Wrong. 21 is 21. Sure, it would be great to be as good as GB on offense, but not everybody can be that good. The bears will take their points however they can get them. They ALL count the same.
