    Matt Birk just went home for a few weeks. Apparently got injured and requires surgery. Just heard on Xtra sports. Will be out a minimum of 4 regular season games. Has the newly renowned king of the NFC N getting some kinks in its' armor?

    This belongs in NFL news, IMO. But funny thing is that Birk told Viqueens that he would play through pain on ly if the Vikes guranteed his 2006 salary. Looks like Moss wasn't the only problem in the Yikes locker room.
