Still trying to figure out why he got fired. Running backs were the last of the Colts problems. Start with the o-line, move to the d-line, d-backfield, throw in some special teams and maybe a coach who doesn't look like a deer in the headlights.

Caldwell has now replaced 6 coaches in his 2 years. Not one of those moves other than bringing in Coyer has thrilled me, and even that one isn't great.
