Darren Sharper's mouth seems to run off more now that he is a queen player than ever before. That is so great that it was his time to shine today. Wonder where he was shining? Where the sun don't shine?

    I learned several things today.

    1. The packers are not as horrible as everyone in the country thinks!
    2. The vikings are not as good as everyone in the country thinks.
    3. PackerLegend must have a very boring life if this is how he defines a GREAT DAY.
    4. Hopefully PackerLegend did not bet on the Sunday Nite Game.

    Congrats on almost being average.

I can't wait to see your excuse for creating this stupid thread, 38-20! Nice win over the Vikes though(you guys still suck though).

The following are proven facts that you are an idiot:

    Rex Grossman- 18-30, 246 yds, 3 tds 1 int

    The Green Bay FudgePackers 4-5
    Brett Favre- 24-42, 347 tds, 2tds, 0 int

Its not a surprise the Bears won seeing they had to play only half of the Giants team.

    Starters that were out:

    Michael Strahan -DE
    Osi Umenyiora - DE
    Carlos Emmons -LB
    Lavar Arrington -LB
    Brandon Short- LB
    Amani Toomer - WR
    Luke Petitgout - LT

Nice post fool. You start at thread saying the Bears will lose, then come back and start with the excuses and say "it's not a surprise." With a 4 game lead, Chicago might have the division clinched before December.

it does not matter who you beat, a win is a win.

the people who where playing for the injured people where expected to play well, thats what they get payed for.

Hey I enjoy when we beat anyone so I'll admit the Bears had a nice game. I actually thought they were gonna blow it but REx came back and looked very good in the 2nd half. Funny game, after the first half I was thinking the Bears were not half as good as their record but by the end of the game I'm back to believing they're still the best team in the conference.

I heard that the new NFL rule states that if the Bears don't play all four quarters well then they are going to start retracting their wins because it means they are not consistent winners. The Colt's, on the other hand, get a pass and "a win is a win" immediatly applies.

Your team will choke in the first round so dont puff your chest too hard. You guys lost to carolina last year and philly in 2001. I say you lose to the Giants the second time around.

And I say, you will be watching with nothing better to do.

What did GB do the last time they were in the Playoffs?

By the way eveyone, the viking radio station was saying that the only reason the Packers won the game was because they their starting line backer and their middle linebacker weren't playing. Gees, Louise!! Excuses, excuses!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, sheez, what jerks. Nobody ever would excuse a loss because of injuries, let alone the entire 2005 season...

And I say that your fudgies lost to the Falcons in 02 and Minny(.500) in 04, so what's your point? I think it's safe to say this years Bears team(8-1) is better than last years team(5-3), who only lost by 8 points in the playoffs.

Your a bear fan and you hang out on our board all the time. You follow the packers more than your own team now thats pathetic. I cant blame you though for following americas team rather than root for losers like the bears. You guys would have lost to the cardinals had they kept on passing the ball in the second half. The bears still suck.

You haven't beaten anybody good. You only beat the giants because half their team is out. The giants would have won that game if they were healthy.

I follow the Packers because they are on the news and in paper constantly, also most of my friends are Packer fans. I actually try and follow all of the NFL. I, of course, follow the Bears the most because they are my favorite team.

THe only people that call the Packers Americas team are Packer fans.

You must be a packer fan, because almost all packer fans talk about games in the 'shoulda/coulda' person (not to be confused with the 1st or 3rd person). I realize that you believe that last year, the Packers should have been at least 8-8. And that this year the Packers should be about 6-3, and that the Bears should be at best 6-3. THe fact is, at the end of the day, you are what your record says you are. Period. Packers below .500, and the Bears with only 1 lose.

Good luck this weekend, although I am sure that the outcome for Packers v Patriots will be either a GB win, or a GB shoulda win.

Remember this so after the last game of the year, if the Packers beat the Chicago 3rd stringers, you don't get all puffy chested.
