This makes sense. Draft a QB who when the heat's on can't hit a moving target. It's just like drafting a 6'3" WR who runs a 4.4 and can't catch the ball, makes no sense. Jake Locker didn't have a lot on his side in Washington, he didn't have a USC/Alabama roster to help him, but he didn't show really any progression from year 3 to 4. He's worth a 3rd round pick in my opinion.
