Wonder if this means he finally sent in his paperwork. Sounds like TT is freeing up a roster spot and officially freeing up the $$ for draft day.

I got the impression (especially after Letterman) that no, he hasn't sent in the "official NFL retirement form" yet. However, it seems as though that is only a formality.
