living in chicago, this is fun to watch everyone talk about how orton sucks, and how grossman...also sucks. They are saying what I have said all year:The bears defense is the best in the league (thats why i drafted them in fantasy league), but their offense sucks...

Orton sucks. He is not progressing, he is getting worse.

Grossman...doesnt even have as many games played as Orton, who is a rookie! Grossman is probably better, but thats not saying much.

The next couple of weeks, Orton will probably be demoted, and Grossman will come in and do...ok.

    Then the playoffs will come.

The bears defense will do its best, but if they let the other team score more than 13, they lose.

Also, the bears who have avoided injuries...now have 2 big injuries

    1. Metcalf:Guard - If the offense wasn't bad enough, it just got worse. The run strong Bears will lose some inside running. And Orton, when he throws...wont have as good protection as he did(like it matters). Bears, who struggle to average 16.8 a game, will struggle even more.

    2. Mike Brown:Safety - He has had a great year. His replacement will probably be Mike Green, who was replaced this year, by a rookie. Yes, the bears D is still great, but this doesnt help a team who has to do all it can defensively to make up for its impotent offense. They better hope nobody else falls.

It is going to be fun to watch the bears suck more on offense, and watch the bears defense show that its human, and lose because of it. But Bears fans can put their hopes on the defense scoring 14 a game. it could happen!

    CHI @ PITT - HALFTIME

    Down 11....

this is the part where Orton has to do more than NOT lose the game. He has to help win the game. The injuries on defense are costing the bears like I said, allowing 14 first half points.

This is the half where Orton has to force the issue, get picked off, maybe hold the ball too long looking for a play to develop and gets sacked and fumbles. This is the half where Orton loses his job.

I hope that Pittsburg wallops the queens next Sunday. The queen fans are already talking about winning the division, and the team hasn't even played the rest of their games. It's he (double toothpicks) being from MN and being a Pack fan living amongst people who brag constantlEspecially when they don't have much to brag about.

I'd sure like to know who these people are...every fan I talk to says we will probably lose to the Steelers and Bears. Slim chance at a play-off berth and if we get that far its one and done.

However, its been a nice recovery from 2-5 and I'm enjoying that with no expectations.

congrats on that victory over the Lions.

My friend who's a Viking fan NEVER gets excited about them.........he says it's just a matter of time before they self destruct every season anyways. I think if they ever did win a Super Bowl, it would put the poor guy in shock.

Hahahaaaa... that is sooo funny. Good thing for you and the Packers that Favre is going to play forever right? Just imagine what it would be like if Favre ever got old and retired! Oh my God!
I guess that we will never find out because that can never happen right Tromadz? See you next year Aaron.

Phillllllllllll, I think you better focus and pay attention before the Whizzanators sneek up behind you - literally and figuratively.

The Vikings have learned a thing or two about premature celebrations recently -- don't be so foolish as to get ahead of yourself.
