Tice was obviously a motivator, Sherman was not. Sherman dosent even look like a coach..

At least Tice talked to his team to try to fire them up. Sherman seems to be reading " War and Peace" a page per game.
Talk about playing " not to lose " in the 2nd half. Regardless of the injuries , the play calling was pathetic on both sides of the ball.
