* QB Aaron Rodgers (shoulder, did not participate) didn't even try to throw at all today. He was a little sore after Wednesday's workout. The focus in practice today was getting Matt Flynn ready to start, so Rodgers didn't even get any reps in the jog-through. McCarthy said Flynn did a good job during a 2-minute drill and that Brian Brohm also got limited reps with the first team. McCarthy cautioned that even if Rodgers doesn't do much in practice Friday, there still are 48 hours before game time for him to get ready to play.
