This comment from a Bears fan:

Bears looked bad again...i am not impressed with Cutler...he just doesn't have it to be a bears quarterback...so many problems again this year...

Hasn't this been mostly the case since Jimmy Mack? I hear it almost every year from Bears fans; that they need a QB.

I think it was a problem even DURING Jimmy Mac.

He was pretty good as I recall, but he kept getting injured!!

And he was so often putting on this macho act.

I still remember being on the Bears message board ofter the Cutler trade. They're all like, finally we are going to whip the Packers asses, we finally got a good QB. I'm like a good QB? I don't remember him getting Denver into any playoff games.

It was eerily reminiscent of when they Got Kordell Stewart. We're finally going to whip Green Bays asses, we got a MOBILE QB now. How did that one turn out again? Then it was we got McNown, the Bears QB of the future, we going to whip GB's asses now! We all know how that one turned out. Then it was we got Grossman, we going to.....yada yada yada. These people are just so predictable. They think a new QB is going to solve all their offensive problems, and they never do.

Since 1992 there have been only two Packer QB's. Look at the other teams in the division and they've went through much more. The QB situation in Green Bay certainly has been stable.

I guess they don't care to win games since they aren't putting in Caleb Hanie.
And that's just fine with me.

Actually, Caleb looked pretty darned bad in his last preseason game. Maybe we DO want him in.

Cutler can only play well with a good OL and a big tall playmaker WR to go up and catch jump balls from him.

He's a TERRIBLE fit for the Chicago's roster, and specially for Mike Martz' system.

That management is just so incompetent I have no idea how the heck could they reach the SB in 06 and the NFCC game in 10. They do so many things wrong it's baffling really.

Martz? Or as I like to call him, "Der Fuehrer!". The man is totally incapable of changing his game plan. he will try to shove it through you even if it is totally not working.

    Sort of like Stalingrad.
