    GG Amish.

If I played Flacco, and played Sidney Rice in replace of Wes Welker. It would of been a tied game.

That was just a beta test.

P.S Just realized this was post 999 for me. Need to make something special for post #1000.

um, well, you see, I was resting some of my players. When I start them, I will use my influence to make sure the respective coaches use them more. Your guys only will gain so many points in a season, shame they all wasted high outputs when you didn't need them.

    thats my best spin

Hang in there - don't feel too dejected. Your draft wasn't too bad. I will gladly take you under my wing and show you the ropes.

    Good job Lunch!

Wood will be asking for a copy of those spreadsheets anytime soon.

Only 2 undefeated teams now. Next week, there will only be 1.

Has there ever been any thought of doing a keeper draft?

It isn't practical for the PFFFL (we don't retain the same people year to year) but I would be willing to do one next year as another league.

I'm all for it. My other league has been going for about 20 years. It predates the internet - or at least wide spread usage. We kept track with paper and pencil in the early years.

Paper and pencils? What, you ran out of birch bark and charred wood? Back when I was a yungun I remember my parents using clay tablets and a pointed stick. Talk about embarrassing to not be able to afford bark.

You got bark? The paper and pencil was from the rich kid who joined the league. We were so poor we had to wrap our trees in mud - we couldn't afford bark.

Old radio commercial in Vegas for lazer tag, 2 old farts always trying to one-up the other.

    1. Lazers? When I was a kid we had to fight enemies with sticks
    2. You had sticks, we had to use our hands

    1. You had hands? We had to put the stick in our teeth and lunge
    2. You had teeth? We sold our teeth to get some food

    1. You had food? We were lucky to get boiled dirt
    2. You got to boil your dirt?

    Very funny.

Great game, Fly. I'm afraid the Amish didn't give you much competition.

If we meet again, I promise to make it a bit more interesting for you.
