The refs handed it to the freaking cavs! Im ticked about this and will be for awhile. The Pistons didnt do themselves any favors when they lost that overtime game which they had well in hand. Hey at least we made it furthur than the bucks haha! Our guys get hammered they dont call anything but if we breathe on Lebron we get called for a foul.

No. Cavs won four games in a row. FOUR! in a ROW.

I say 4. Cavs have some big areas of need; the Pistons lost the series more-so than the Cavs beating them by being the better team (other than perhaps game 5 - OT).

To be fair though, you can't just blame the refs. Yes they were whistle happy against Pistons, but man the Pistons looked old and clueless.

Chancy disappeared, when he is Mr. Clutch II (Arenas is I).

Wallace whined if a ref drew a breath the wrong way. I like to see him display emotion, but that was just immature childish tantrum throwing.

Prince couldn't buy a basket, which was surprising.

Pistons really missed Big Ben, having him in the paint would've meant that the Pistons didn't need to bring as much help over once James started to drive.

I gotta say though, the fact that the Pistons window is closing makes me ultra happy, since the Raptors seem to be just beginning their climb into the top tier teams in the East. :D

the first round of these playoffs were great...it kinda went downhill after that though, and these finals are gonna be pretty boring.

For me the dislike of the game is at the root level.. I love basketball, but I am too much of a purist that the NBA game turns me completely away.

Favoritism, inconsistency, lack of basic fundamentals and overall vibe from most players just can't get me hooked. When most players are more worried about their "street cred" than the skills on the court... there is a complete breakdown of the game itself.

The lack of complete and fundamentally sound players is amazing... either they can dunk or shoot... or play D, but rarely do you find a player willing to put effort in both ends of the court.

What turns me off is the 3 months of playoffs. Why bother with the regular season???
I lost interest in the first round.

I found the second round more entertaining; the first was awkward in the sense that between one game and the next, you'd have like a 3 day layoff, but then all of a sudden you started having 1 day layoffs like 3 games into the series, but then by game 6, you had two day layoffs between games. At least this was what happened with the Raps/Nets series.

The scheduling has been bad. I read an article where the NBA won't air any games on the East Coast before 9PM (even those played in Cleveland). I love the NBA, but to be honest I'm not gonna exactly stay up until 12-1AM watching these two teams.

I get into the NBA more during the playoffs. I was going for the Pistons, cause they were the only team in the East with a chance against the Spurs. But, watching Lebron will make it worth while. I'd like to think the Cavs have a chance, but it's one against five, even six with the way the Spurs' bench has been playing. I can't stand the Spurs, though. They are the biggest bunch of whiners.

Apparently you forgot about every time the teams played in Detroit, Lebron was tackled every time he went to the hoop and there was no foul. Stupid Piss-tons fans.

I do think so, too. I like Garnett a ton, but we are a long ways from the Finals.

The Timberwolves without Garnett are nothing. The Pistons have been in the conference finals 5 years in a row.
