    Bears fans wanted to sit in the stadium an watch the game, that was nixed by the NFL.

    Church goers are watching the game on a 12ft projection screen which was attempted to be nixed by the NFL but the church is doing it anyway.

    Who's making the call? Is it the Commissioner?
