It will not even be close, my friends. This defense is the quickest, hardest hitting and smartest I have seen since, yes, the '85 team. There is no way that the Bears are going to allow Favre to continue to rule over our stadium. The point will be made that the Bears are not only going to make the playoffs, but crush the despised enemies, who ruled over our city for too many years.
The tides have turned! The Bears won't stand for this dominance anymore!

    Go Bears!

    Bears 31
    Packers 10

    C'mon skito....

How can this game not be close when your offense isn't capable of scoring 17 points a game? The Packers will surprise the Bears this weekend...maybe not win the game, but the game will be close...I guarantee it!

I heard they erected a new sign outside Soldier Field this week. It reads "Hwy 41, Bears 7" (sorry for the old joke).

The issue for us keeping this game close will be ensuring that our inevitable turnovers do not result in points being scored by the defense.

...and the Bears are #1 in the league in % of points scored after turnovers.

    BTW, TO, bad joke.

    'skito'

You know better than to think that Favre will falter at LAMBEAU SOUTH

He gets pretty fired up hearing Chicago boys calling for their 'daddy'

No, since the Bears scored a ton of points against the Lions in one game this season, their offense is about to go off against the Pack -HAHAHAHAHA

Favre has made the Bears his b*tch over the years and will probably pull one of the bigger upsets of the year. Only bad thing is that the Vikings will be helped dramatically when the Pack sweep 'em this year. That's the part of it that sucks.

Considering the Bears cant get there game off the ground I dont look for it to be a blowout and actually if the Pack can score 21 points in this game the bears lose bottom line

    My Prediction

    GB 24
    Bears 10

Actually the Bears have scored 17 points or more 5 times this season while the Packers have done it 7 times.

The Packers are giving up an average of 20.3 points a game while the Bears are giving up 10.9 a game. Are you sure that it is the Bears offense that you should worry about scoring in this game?

No, I am talking about the Packers may have a harder time scoring than the Bears in this game. If they put a lot of pressure on Favre then I see some turnovers going their way and they have been pretty good at turning those into points. They have taken advantage of the other teams mistakes all season.

This an easy win for the Bears. I know Packer Fans think the Bears offense is woefull, but look at how many points you gave up to The ratbird Ravens, and they are ranked behind the Bears offense...not to mention we have now gotten our starting QB back who will keep your Defense a little more honest on the line (ie no more 8 in the box every play)

You had to know at some point in time Brett Favre would get old, and your winning streak would end, I guess it's just hard for you guys to see that it is here and now :) Luckily as a Bears fan I'm glad it's our team who is taking the torch....

Taking the tourch??? LOLOLOL!!! When they get an offense to go with the defense, THEN maybe they will take the tourch. Their D is good, but the O still stinks. The Packers played ONE awful game this year, and that was against the "Ravens".........I say "NEVERMORE!!!"
There's NO way they will stink up Lambeau this week like they did Baltimore last week.

The post was intended for the Bears' first game against the Packers. Although that was not a decimation, either, the date and first post in this thread should have given you enough information that this is an old post.
