Was just kidding, Sandolf, but thanks! I should have recognized "Manchester".....Seen that one displayed a lot!
Chargers....Red Wings....Tigers.....BC Lions I knew.

Soccer is continuing to blossom and become extremely popular in our state's high schools. At least I know it is in the area in which I live. NO WAY I could have ever attempted it! NO stamina!:(

No problem. I have never seen that film. Does Gene Hackman's team eventually win a championship? I am assuming so... (considering how most of these plots develop).

You should check it out. It was a classic movie at least from the perspective of us basketball crazy junkies in Indiana. I'm giving away the ending, but yes, GH's "Hickory Huskers" win the championship. It is based on a true story "David and Goliath" sports example about a tiny school, Milan, with an enrollment of around 160 playing for the Indiana High School State Championship in 1954 against the Muncie Central Bearcats with an enrollment of over 1,600.

A little "corny," but a nice feel good movie and Dennis Hopper is outstanding in the film.

Gut gesehen nessie. Leidenschaft ist oefters mit Leiden verbunden. Nochmals absteigen in der Regionalliga wird echt hart sein.
I worked in Stuttgart for three years and noticed that there are still many Kickers fans living there though VfB is by far more successful.
Last time HSV played against Kickers was 2005 when Kickers beat us in the first round of the DFB Cup. Embarrassing but a typical HSV experience.:D
