No one is pointing fingers or getting upset with you at all, or even calling you wrong. I was merely trying to remind you that it's smack talk and that's all it is. Remember, once the game is over and a few weeks past, many of the Steeler fans will go back home. This is what happens when the team is good! We start getting noticed by other teams and fans of other teams. When that happens, they come here, some to talk smack, some to talk football.

It's just important to remember that even though they're here, they're still fans of another team, and for that reason they're going to disagree. Even the most minor disagreements will most likely turn into smack talk. That's all it is. It happens when your team is good. It seems to me we must be doing something right.

By the way, remember all that smack talk from Bears fans this year and Vikes fans last year? Well, look at what all that buildup led to. Sometimes I think it best to just sit back and let our players on the field do the talking.

Well that's true, though it's worth mentioning Ben has never even been charged.

I get that perception is reality, and I understand a lot of people have a quite unfavorable perception of him, which is fine. I just think people calling him a ****** because they have no other points to argue reflects poorly on us as a fan-base. It makes us look classless and cheap, not to mention is defamatory.

We all know how it felt to have Rodgers accused of being an a-hole because he walked by a lady at the airport. Imagine having him constantly being accused of being a ****** even though no charges were ever brought.

Well, Roethlisberger was 'guilty enough' to be suspended for the first four games of the season by the commissioner for breaching the leagues personal conduct policy...

That's also true. He was suspended because his actions made the league look bad, not because he ***** someone.

I can't compare Aaron Rodgers not signing an autograph to what Ben has been tied to on any level. And I don't do the "what if" thing mainly because there could be a million "what ifs."

I do feel that just because there were no charges brought against him that doesn't necessarily make him innocent either.

But I do agree calling Ben names is pretty much senseless and makes Packers fans looks bad in a sense.

I'm not trying to suggest he's completely innocent. I tend to believe that if there's smoke, there's often fire. I just think use of the "R" word towards a guy that was never even charged is a bit over the top.

    Thank you.
    And your right.
When it's over, it will be over, until next season.

And in this case, (Because of the Stoolers trolls) it will be a good while to wait for football.

IMO he is guilty of being a complete prick to pretty much everyone and being high on himself. But guilty of ****? No. Not enough proof in my eyes to say he is guilty of it. But if he gets accused 1 more time I might start to think he is a little pushy with women. Kinda like at this point you might think Favre is a bit pushy through text and tiger might have hooked up with a woman other than his wife at the time.

Thanx Black and Gold for reminding me to add you to my ignore list.

I did not bother reading your whole post in response to me and stuff I wrote.
    Why bother?
As I wrote before; From now on I am interested and only interested in talking football with my fellow Packers fans and no longer with any Stealers fans no matter who they are.
You have only yourselves to blame.

    Good bye and good riddance.

Because it portrays you as the complete hypocrite that you are? But you're correct in a sense; it's meant for the people around you to read, not you yourself.

I dunno what you wrote B&G and I don't care.
But since I have you on ignore, I win the arguments.
    so Nyah, Nyah, Nyah! :Cheeky:

You all should go back to your Stealers forums.
But hey. It's your time to waste if you stay here and that is your choice.

You're in a Packers smack forum talking only to other Packers fans.... I can clearly see the logic.

First of all, I am writing, not talking.
Second, by you responding you just proved that I am not just writing to Packers fans.

    Sarcasm fail.

He was convicted of wrongful death in Orange County Civil Court. Civil court demands only a preponderance of evidence instead of the Criminal Court's "Beyond a shadow of Doubt",with regards to Burden of Proof statutes.

I should know.As a now Retired Homicide Investigator, I and many others spent months working the case.

Especially from a team that's been around since 1933, but never won crap until 1975.
