    So the Bears promote Tice instead of going after a big name. Sounds like a cheap McCaskey ploy to save another couple of bucks.

    All I remember from the BiQueens offense when he was HC was Culpepper heaving it as far and high as he could and let Randy Moss jump higher than everybody else to catch it. Not much else happened there.
