I'm diabetic too but the Doc says whole milk's OK once in a while. But I do limit my Oreo intake. Are type 1 or 2??....I'm type 2.

I have a long list of food I can't eat anymore because I over did it. Oreos are right at the top. I can barely even look at Oreos anymore. A friend once handed me what I thought was a big donut hole, but it ended up being a deep-fried Oreo. I think I died for a little while after I ate it, and I immediately gained 15 pounds.

I have had Oreo's dipped in milk chocolate!!! Talk about an insulin overload! (I have'nt had one since i was diagnosed a diabetic)

Well, that would work in his favor is he had a sympathetic interviewer. Think about it this way - you have 2 candidates of pretty much equal standing but one of them really loves Oreos but has a limited access to them. You got to just help a guy out sometimes.

Was your friend from the South? They pretty much deep fry everything there. And I'm not exaggerating when I say everything.

No, he's from here in Iowa. At the Iowa State Fair everything is deep-fried and on a stick, so I think that's where he heard of it. Haha!

Oh. Iowa is one of the 23 states I haven't been to yet. The only thing I know about Iowa is they have a lot of corn and breed pretty good football players. now I know a third fact.
