Announcement Server Time Issue Should Be Fixed

Had an issue where the server time was off by about 10 hours which should be fixed now. If you are running into time issue still, please post them here so I can get those fixed ASAP.

Thanks and sorry for this little problem but I wanted to make sure the time was synced properly.
