Server Move on Tuesday around 11PM PST

    PackerForum.com will be moving to a new server on Tuesday the 15th around 11PM PST. OUr network of sites are continuing to grow and that means more traffic. Which ultimately means more hardware required.

    Expected Downtime: 15 minutes

     Couple Quick Specs on the new server:

    • Intel Core2Duo 3.0 775 - E8400
    • 8 Gigs of Ram
    • 2 - 500 Gigs SATA Drives
    • 100mbps Switch
    • Premium Bandwidth Useage
    Basically the new server is about 10 times better than what we are on now and you should see a noticeable increase in speed while surfing this site.

    Good question, LOL. Not 100% sure, but the downtime should be like 15 minutes at the most.
