There is a cycle vs division opponents. Home-away one season then away-home the next. Also rotate through the 3 opponents for the last game. Last regular season ended vs Chicago. Won't happen again. Minnesota was 2012. It is Detroits turn. Last two games should probably be at Minnesota and host Detroit. In the spirit of the Rams $100,000 contest, I'm going to make a schedule prediction:
Thu Sep 4 @ Seattle 7:30 p.m.
Sun Sep 1 4 Carolina 3:15/3:25 p.m.
Sun Sep 21 New York Jets 12:00 p.m.
Sun Sep 28 @ Minnesota 12:00 p.m.
Mon Oct 6 @ Buffalo 7:30 p.m.
Sun Oct 12 Detroit 12:00 p.m.
BYE
Sun Oct 26 @ Tampa Bay 12:00 p.m.
Sun Nov 2 Philadelphia 3:15/3:25 p.m.
Sun Nov 9 @ Chicago 7:20 p.m.
Sun Nov 16 Atlanta 12:00 p.m.
Sun Nov 23 Minnesota 3:15/3:25 p.m.
Sun Nov 30 @ Miami 12:00 p.m.
Sun Dec 7 @ New Orleans 7:20 p.m.
Sun Dec 14 New England 12:00 p.m.
Sun Dec 21 @ Detroit 12:00 p.m.
Sun Dec 21 Chicago 12:00 p.m.

This isn't boxing where you can pick and choose or dodge opponents when you don't think you are good enough. You go into their house on their night and punch them in the mouth. If you want to be the best you have to beat the best.Am I the only one hoping we avoid Seattle in Week 1? While they will be tough to beat any week at Seattle, that place is going to be jacked through the roof on opening night.

“If you’ll not settle for anything less than your best, you will be amazed at what you can accomplish in your lives.”That's fine in theory, but from a realistic standpoint, playing in Seattle Week 1 is the closest thing to a sure loss that we are going to see. I will be rooting and hollering like any other Packers fan, but Seattle is a better team right now with a huge advantage at home.

Better to play them week 1 than halfway through the season after half our team is on IR.Am I the only one hoping we avoid Seattle in Week 1? While they will be tough to beat any week at Seattle, that place is going to be jacked through the roof on opening night.

You are right we should just fold up shop. If you can't win just give up."Sometimes your best just isn't good enough, especially when the other guy is at his best" -Hypon Grey

Not saying we CAN'T win, just that those are seriously long odds. Unlike the players, we fans are free to believe that we could lose. You are right we should just fold up shop. If you can't win just give up.
