As the link alludes to AP wants to return Kicks, and be on the FG block unit.
I think this is more indicative of the "arrogance" that some people in that other thread are accusing Rodgers of having. Also I think he's getting a little cocky because of the insane success he has had coming back from such a devastating injury.
