I think we will go 9-7 and get a wild card spot for the playoffs. Our defense is getting better and will carry us through some games. Offense is young and unproven but could step up and be decent.

10-6 Division Champs. playoffs. second round exit. at my most opptimistic.

8-8 at my most pessimistic.

but im sticking with 10-6. we had a 4 game improvement from the previous year. a second year improvment of 2 games is acceptable.

I hate to be a downer but I'm going with 7-9... we havent really improved enough to the point where were going to even do the same as last year let alone do better... And lets face it our schedule is very tough and the division got better this year through free agency and the draft.

I would have to be realistic at this point and say 7-9. At this point, we have no idea really what we have in the backfield for a running game. Maybe mini-camps or training camp will provide the answer.

Or maybe we pick someone up this summer or pull off a trade..

Way to be a complete party pooper. :whippin: besisdes favre right now there is nothing really happening and we need to stir up some conversation. Yeah, we cannot put in an exact prediction, but when can we? after training camp? ok, lets wait 3 more months before talking about any sort of winning or loosing next year because our team isnt completely done yet.

Ok then, with how things have been panning out, how do you think our D will do in the leage next year?

I didn't mean to poop on your party.

our D next year?

I think it will be ok(ill answer this cuz there wont be many changes to the D).

The Dline will be good again, and have an even stronger rotation to allow fresh(yet powerful) legs to get in there and do their work. More Jenkins and Less KGB could be great, if they stick with that route.

Hawk and Poppinga are a year older, more mature, more ready for action. Do you remember how god awful Popping was in pass coverage in the begining of the year? He was HORRIBLE! Then...he progressed...he got better. I can't wait to see the strides he makes over the HEALTHY offseason. And nick barnett.....re-signed, no more needs to be said there!

Woodson\Harris is still a great combo, but after those 2, im a little worried.

Collins and Rouse\Culver\Underwood will be better than Collins\Manuel, so that excites me. Someone will EARN a job at that safety position, and it will be intense.

I like our D. CB depth is the only thing that worries me, but theres time left to address that.

man, im all hot and bothered now thinking about our D.

Our team might not be fully assembled, yet. But who could we possibly add that's going to give/take a win from our overall record? I don't think there is a person out there that Ted would make a play for and even if he did, he'd get outbid by someone else, again.

    W - San Diego Chargers
    L - Chicago Bears
    W - Washington Redskins
    W - Minnesota Vikings
    L - Carolina Panthers
    W - Oakland Raiders

    L - Dallas Cowboys
    L - St. Louis Rams
    W - Chicago Bears
W - Denver Broncos (FG by Crosby for the win)
    W - Kansas City Chiefs

I think we go 10 - 6 with my homer pick (beating the Chargers) or 9 - 7, either way I believe we will make it into the playoffs and be out really quick.

Playoff Prediction : If we play a NFC North team in the first round, we win, if its any other team, I think we lose.

I see us as the same team with a couple of minor improvements and a couple of minor regressions. Even if Rouse, Jones, Clowney, Harrell, and Jackson all exceed expectations, I doubt they can win games by themselves. As much as Poppinga appeared to improve, he didn't have to play any great TEs on the back end of the season, and I don't believe he's got the speed to cover HBs and TEs downfield, even if he's doing everything right.

As negative as that sounded, it only looks like we regressed at RB, and everywhere else should be a minor improvement.

8-8

Okay so all them succeed which gives us a solid DT added to the already decent Line.

Two MORE good WR

A second good safety

and a good RB and we still are only .500??

That doesn't add up.

What is the matter with you folks?

Don't you know we're undefeated right now? And since there is no one that we can't beat on the schedule, I predict 16-0 and of course, Superbowl!

16-0

Favre throws for 37 TDs, only 3 INTS (no record lol), and 4,327 yds

Hawk breaks Adrian Peterson's collarbone on the first play of scrimmage against the Vikes, Vikes proceed to suck for rest of year

Greg Jennings explodes to take some pressure off DD

Harrell dominates inside and earns the nick name "The Hulk"

We win Super Bowl

Hey I can dream right?

Hey I can dream right?

If you are right on everything, I'll send you a check for $100.

9-7, we barely miss the playoffs. This is only if Favre is our QB. If it's someone else, 6-10.
