Well, at least he didnt crap in some chics closet like before. For those of you who dont remember.........

    Najeh Davenport's closet crap preserved

MIAMI (July 29, 2002 03:00 PM EDT) - Green Bay Packers rookie Najeh Davenport pleaded innocent Monday to charges that he broke into a university dormitory and defecated in a woman's closet. Davenport, a running back who helped Miami win the 2001 national championship, was not in the courtroom. His written plea on a second-degree felony count of burglary and a misdemeanor count of criminal mischief was entered by his attorney, Richard Sharpstein. Arraignment on the charges was postponed until August 5. Davenport signed a multiyear contract with Green Bay and reported to training camp.

The feces in question was transported to the bathroom of the police evidence room to be preserved as evidence.
Due to the feces' unusually large size, prosecutors are considering adding an enhancer to the criminal mischief charge. A source close to the case indicated that this was not your run of the mill closet crap. The source was quoted as saying "....with the size of this deposit, we should be considering a charge of assault with a deadly weapon."

Taded? LOL according to Wiki Davenport was released by the Packers on September 2, 2006, when NFL rosters were reduced to 53 players

This article was posted already and Davenport was not retained because he was not picking up the zone blocking scheme as well as he is injury prone.
