Watching Manning whine to the refs and moping around on the sidelines cause he can't run the no huddle as fast as he wants pissed me off. I'm sure he'll get his buddies in the league to change the rules for him.

Never really saw him as a whiner before, but tonight, man, where was his pacifier.

Farve is a douchebag, but at least his never whines like that to the refs even after getting late hits on his old ***.

The thing with Favre though is he has the ref's helping him up. I just wanted to chime it was nice seeing the ref's not hurting the Packers as much as they seem to do.

Peyton Want some Cheese with that Whine???

Peyton always whines. He thinks he is the only QB and O line that has been affected by the rule change. It levels the playing field and makes all teams more or less equal. Peyton is not about equality he wants it his way. to that i say go to burger king if you want it your way. Loved the BEATDOWN :club: and kudos to our Team! !

He's a whiner, but if he stays healthy he'll break every current passing record by the time he retires--all except the untouchable regular and playoff interception records held by the current viking QB. So I'm happy every time he comes out of a game uninjured.

The SNL and credit card commerials sold me on peyton. Oh and Don Banks running into him on the street during the NFL combine in indy and saying he was walking around by himself.

    Manning is a big baby.

He's too methodical. He's paranoid. When things don't go his way, he loses his temper, and breaks down. You see it every postseason, with him blaming the OL and Wrs.

It's the little things. Yesterday it was the umpire, and he couldn't forget it, and it affected his play. He's an INCREDIBLE talent, and the paranoia makes him the great QB he is. But he needs to be able to put that aside, be a real leader, and play football.

If our offense was a no huddle offense we would be crying about the rule change too. As for peyton manning he is super competitive like I am. So i understand his drive to win. If he does not have his best game he gets upset just how i do. Just because he gets pissed about a rule change that affects his team and the way he plays the game does not mean he is a baby. When have you called Peyton Manning a baby before this game.

I'm like that also, and I've called him a baby so many times before, because I can relate to it.

I know I'm not a great leader when playing soccer (my sport), because I demand too much of the players, when they can't deliver. That's not being a leader. One can't expect perfection every single play, because it's not gonna happen. One needs to know when to support and when to criticize, and Manning can't.

just take a look at the quotes every time they lose in the postseason. It's alwasy someone's fault. I'm not saying he's wrong, most of the time it really is, but he cannot say it. He needs to take blame also, and he doesn't.

You can't show a single time when Manning lost and said that it was his fault. I can show plenty where he blamed on others. Last year, he blamed the OL. Before, it were the Wrs.

Just not attractive to see a guy with so much talent to act like a 13 year old bitch cause he didn't like a new rule. Deal with it. Every other team has too. Lets see, how may penalties did the Packers get for illegal snaps... that's right. 0

He's not playing for the Packers so **** him. (Well. Not literally unless that's your thing.)

Whatever helps the Packers win, I'm good with that.

The only one I can remember whining more was Cris Carter. He always looked like he was going to cry. He still looks like he is going to cry and he is just a sports analyst.

I'm pretty sure it was one of the few bright spots in '08 that GB stomped IND 34-14 at Lambeau. #4 has only beaten P. Manning once, in 2000.

The rule change is to protect the umpire, keep him out of harm's way on the forward side of the L.O.S. The least that umpire can do is HUSTLE to get out of the way of the offense.

When they announced this new penalty the Colts were the first team that came to my mind as being affected the most. Eventually all teams are going to need to effectively run a 2-minute offense & it will be a travesty to penalize that offense for hustling. It's not a matter of if but when this rule change is going to piss Packer fans off.

Manning has every right to blame the refs for affecting his team's ability to out-hustle the defense.

Maybe I'm mistaken, but GB didn't have any trouble running their two minute drill at the end of the 1st half.

OK I'll be more specific. When there's less than 10 seconds left in the 1st half or the end of a game & Rodgers needs to spike the ball to stop the clock & the offense gets penalized for an illegal snap I think you'll understand what I'm talking about.

I don't like the new rule, let's be clear.

But Manning IS acting like a baby. It affects both teams. Murgen is right, the Packers did run a 2 minute offense, 2ith 1:33 left and having to drive 75 yards. They run it perfectly.

I'm sorry but the Colts had all summer to master this new rule. I suspect Manning and company used the national spotlight in the hopes this rule is reneged so they can go back to their no huddle ways.
