Paying penalty cheaper than cutting players

    Some are speculating that Daniel Snyder is pondering paying the fines and loss of draft picks rather than cutting players.

    This guy has been bad for the league. The former owner died and left what he thought was enough money for his kid to acquire the team and gave the rest to charity in his will.

    The owners voted for this guy because of money and not the long term good of the league and it will be haunting them for decades. I hope the league slaps him silly with sanctions if his does this.

    the redskins, but it's not just about money. The league can also take away draft picks as a penalty.

    he doesn't give a damn about the draft picks, because he said earlier that the redskins probably won't be able to sign any of them, due to the CBA crap..
