The Green Bay Packers have signed free agent nose tackle Brian Soi. The signing was announced Tuesday by Executive Vice President, General Manager and Director of Football Operations Ted Thompson. Soi, a 6-foot-3, 334-pound first-year player from Utah State, signed as a non-drafted free agent in 2007 with the Miami Dolphins and was released prior to the regular season.
