Very smart heads up play, but it wasn't the first time it was done. I like to think of a little more excitement and athleticism in the play of the year, rather than a guy just doing what he had been taught to do.

Frankly, there aren't a lot to choose from this year. I guess I would probably go with the TD pass from Rodgers to Cobb in the final minutes in Detroit to lead the come from behind win. Or maybe Daniels picking up the Stafford fumble and running for 6 which was the turning point in that game.

Sad. But very true. I tried thinking of my favorite play and I came up empty. Probably explains why we are watching the rest of the playoffs depressed.

And truthfully, the play of the year has to be the Fail Mary - as much as we want to forget about it.

As for most exciting I'd say the candidates are:
    Cobb's TD against the Rams.
    Daniels' TD.
    Clay's trip sack.

I totally forgot about the 4th and 26 fake FG against the Bears. That has to be it.

Rodgers threw an absolutely fantastic TD pass to Cobb on the move, I believe it was at the Rams. I loved that play.

A few of James Jones catches have to be up there. He's made some that seemed impossible!

Crosby hitting his only 50+ yarder of the season against the Vikes? Kidding

I'd go with the fake field goal as well.

It would have to be the Rodgers-to-Cobb game-winning TD against the Lions. That was the most important play of the year for the Packers.

Besides the Fail Mary, of course. This season will probably be remembered most for that.
