I hope he's waived too. But the Packers do put up with trouble, just like every other NFL team. The Packers knew Jolly was in a vehicle with two or three friends/thugs (two or three had criminal records) along with an unregistered hand gun, weed, and codeine. He was arrested outside a club known in the Houston area for drugs and violence. Shortly thereafter they knew at least some in the Houston PD and/or DA’s office thought Jolly was involved in the drug trade. I know the Packers knew all that because I did. That happened in the summer of 2008. Jolly played the entire 2008 and 2009 seasons. Even after Jolly pled guilty to secure his probation deal, the Packers didn’t release him.
