On the topic of this thread - I thought I'd alert everyone that this web site is a HOAX!
And, it's not the first time this stunt has been pulled on the public.
I learned about its predecessor "Bernd" (another Rabbit) and when I went to that web site I got my PC flaked out with auto-installing nonsense which I could not stop and it was on my work computer at that.... So, I won't list that URL.

At any time Guys & Gals) you ever need to ferret out whether something you're seeing or hearing is true or not... try out this web site....

yeah...as for the site...like you said, a hoax...I saw that back in April, and the site has fizzled, in terms of updates, ever since then when they started getting some of the hate mail that they did (which they've provided a link to see).;

Yeah it's a big conspiracy of censorship I tell ya. This thread was so old it was before I worried about locking them. It technically should be moved to the Atrium, not locked.

Yeah we condem non-packer free speech here. Alright, maybe it's not that bad, but we do like to keep it on topic in the main areas. If it's in the smack are or even the atrium we don't get too picky if it wonders off track a little. We just don't want people to have to surf through "crap" in the Packer Fan Forum threads to find real posts about the topic.

(my point, weeds..was that only one side of the argument seemed to be censored or locked....but another non-packer, political point of view did not receive such treatment...that' inequity)

Gotcha. Makes sense, it should have been stated that it's a football/sports smack area not a general area. Misunderstanding, mislabled by me etc. I will get that corrected.

I locked that thread because most of the people from the NC and other forums complained that their boards were overtaken with political threads, and I didn't want to start going down that road here.

I have updated the User agreement/Rules to prohibit posting of "Political threads thoughts, comments, etc.". As most of the time it is just too inflamitory and we don't need to start pitting packers fans against each other on a Packers website.

...and that is a good thing, Ryan. The forum that I regularly frequent and moderate made an noble attempt to offer a political forum shortly after 9/11 ... didn't take long and it was a Blue v. Red slugfest. In an attempt to run with it, the entire politics area was moved into the unmoderated smack area to allow the poly-heads to beat each other bloody and lo and behold, the animosity created within that forum began to seep into the regular forums. When the owner upgraded the forum, we made the decision to dump it altogether.

Now, mind you, I'm a supermod at that forum and one of my degrees is in PolySci ... and I'm here to tell you that there is no discussing politics online without deleting and/or strongly moderating every post.
