Is he still #1 on the depth chart or will Rouse replace him? The guy kind of peaked at average.

I don't know if he's peaked yet. Safety is a fairly cerebral position and he's still only 24 years old (25 in 6 days, happy birthday Nick).

Rouse is a beast though. It'll be an interesting battle in training camp.

That's pretty odd though. Rouse is less than 5 months younger than Collins.

I really hope to have Rouse given a good look at one of the preseason games. He could be a pretty good safety, and he's been pretty damn good at training caomp so far.

I think Collins will come along but this isn't the year. I'm hoping Rouse will start.

Whichever way it ends up going, both will be very crucial in our teams defensive success this season. Injuries happen throughout the depth chart and it's good to have 3 quality safeties to complement Harris and Woodson.

Collins is a nice player, but he isn't the impact player they thought he would be. Rouse is going to be an impact player just as Bigby has been

In Rouse's play last season, I thought he performed at a higher level than Nick. But at the same time, I don't think Nick has necessarily "peaked" just yet.
