    Looks like there'll be a series of videos about these guys. Pretty interesting

    NFL Films Behind the scenes

    I saw a piece with Sabol once and he explained how they settled on their style many years ago. The decision was made to simply follow the football from the beginning of the play to the end. Of course they have other cameras covering other action but that is how they get those amazing shots - just focus on the football.
