I just wanted to say a sincere thank you to all the well wishers and those that prayed. The operation was longer and a little worse then the doc thought it would be. So he decided he wanted her to stay the night at the hospital. If all goes well, i can bring her home tomorrow. She's in good spirits and sends her thanks!
    So THANK YOU!!! :D

    Re: My wife's operation

Thnk you both SO much! It's been a rough day, for sure.
My wife's a real trooper though. She's tough to hold down. She wanted to come home, but the doctor said no.
Hopefully tomorrow i can bring her home. You always feel more comfortable in your own surroundings.

    My wife's operation

Well a night in the Hospital isn't the worst thing after a successful surgery, glad it turned out okay and hope for a return home ASAP.

You both are in our prayers tonight... God Bless.

    Re: My wife's operation

    Thank you Pack93z and Nate!!!
I'll tell you.........I was a wreck today. When you are just sitting and waiting for word, it seems like forever. But the Doctor said it all went well, just took him a little more then he thought. It was about 2 hours in surgery. She even watched the game from her hospital bed!
She called me right after the game, and told me she was sorry the Packers lost.
I TOLD you guys she's tough!!!
Now i get to play "nurse" for the next 2 to 3 weeks. (Talk about the blind leading the blind!!!) :D

    Re: My wife's operation

I know I'd be a wreck too. I hate that feeling of not knowing and not being able to do anything. But having to play nurse for a while is ok, cause we know they'd do the same thing for us.

With my illnesses, she has had to do that MANY times. I sure don't mind being able to help her for a change!
