Can't find the typing box. Can you help?

Well that original chat room was empty,(except for me) and I could type into that.
Then this other chat room showed up on my screen and I couldn't type into any box to enter the chat room. huh?

There may not be anybody in chat. The Shoutbox is on the Forum page. I think you have to have 5 posts before posting in the Shoutbox or chat. You are almost there!
