The Green Bay Packers.

Another team with a rookie head-coach, and a buffoon for a general manager....

So it begins.

Offense:

Quarterback.

Brett Farve- What more needs to be said about a future Hall of Famer? Oh maybe that he tries to do to much? Puts his team in bad situations? Tries to win games by himself? Maybe he should have taken the graceful way out...

Aaron Rodgers- Another in the line of the Jeff Tedford quarterbacks who will never, never amount to anything in the NFL. You may quote Mr.Pickles on that.

Is Anthony Dilweg still around? Don Majkowski?

RunningBack.

Ahman Green- Coming off serious knee injury. And appeared to have lost a step before it.

Najeh Davenport- Coming off serious knee injury. Lock your closets.

Samkon Gado- Who? A never was who will no doubt lead this team in rushing, come on now, he plays the Lions twice.

Wide Reciever.

Donald Driver- Would not he be a third or fourth reciever on any other team?

Are there any other recievers?

Oh theres Bubba Franks- ( Fill in the blank )

Offensive line.

Mark Tauscher- Was a seventh round draft choice. Soild, unremarkable, utterly forgetable player.

Chad Clifton- Has not been the same since Warren Sapp knocked his block off.

Hmmmm...Can not think of others.

Offensive conclusion.

Mr.Pickles thinks this team is bad. Not Detroit Lion bad, but not too far from it. Farve cannot win games anymore, and this side of the ball is devoid of any superstars.

Defense

This is where the Packers feel they will be able to compete. Like the Chicago Bears, the Packers feel defense first, and since they have the superior QB, they should win the division.....

Defensive line.

Gbaja-Biamila, is a solid pass-rusher who will get 10-12 sack a year. But that is all. Mr.Pickles has NEVER seen him make a tackle on a running play. One dimensional.

Aaron Kampman, who? This was the one guy they could not afford to lose in FA. Who is this guy? Lets face it, this guy is a second stringer at best on most other teams. In all honesty he should be in toll-booth collecting ever increasing tolls. " would you like a recipt?"

Prized free agent Ryan Pickett? Hahaha, oh please, Mr.Pickles is sorry,hahahaha.
Was it not on Beavis and Butt-head that said," a turd is till a turd no matter how much you shine it up?".

Linebackers.

A.J. Hawk, the next Brian Urlacher? Please read Ryan Pickett.

Nick Barnett. Is a capable LB, but is being moved outside, to acomodate Hawk. Barnett natural position is inside. This may and most likely will take several years before you see any kind of fruit to bare.

Do the Packers have any other linebackers?
Maybe their going to a 5-2-4 scheme.

Secondary.

First off don't believe the hype.
Al Harris is a All-Pro nickel back, not cornerback. Plus Harris is a horrible tackler.

Charles Woodson, lets see him stay healthy. His best days are behind him.

As for their safeties, who cares, Mr.Pickles can't think of them.


All in all, Mr.Pickles see the Packers as a 2-14 team, who's biggest games will be against the Chicago Bears. The Packers are as useless as 10,000 dead rats in a tampon factory.

lol first of all get your information correct.

1. Madden once refered to Kampman as a heck of a smart football player who has the ability to disect a play like a DC. (MNF game)

2. Barnett isn't moving anywhere, he is staying in the middle. Hawk is the one who is going to be playing outside.

3. Ask Chad Johnson how much of a good CB Harris is. Johnson himself said Harris is the 2nd best CB in the NFL.

4. Safties - Can't remember Nick Collins? Funny, because he is the player that got the Ravens to call the Packers and congratulate them on getting an excellent player. I think the Ravens know a thing or two about great DBs.

5. You convinently forget to mention:

Packers won the Superbowl a decade ago.

The last time either the Lions/Bears/Vikes even made it to the Superbowl, cheesy was still a teenager! :shock:

It's not a bad effort at being funny but it falls short. I mean you should at least know what you are talking about. Saying "Barnett is moving outside" clearly shows that your knowledge of the Packers is remedial.

It just ruins your whole Jim Rome spew fest. In the end your attempt to be funny was successful, not for the content, but because you have little knowledge of what you proclaim to be evaluating. It was honestly pretty lame Pickles.
