    The last team to physically try and murder a quarterback like this in the NFC, was the Saints with Favre. You can call that dirty all you want, but the Niners are probably going to lose this game now, but they deserved to win it. They played lights out, all over Manning trying to beat him into the ground and now the special teams just blew it for them.


    This was between a defense that WANTS a Super Bowl, and a quarterback that already has a ring...

    Same scenario with Favre vs the Saints 2 years ago.


    I feel bad for the Niners defense tonight....They played lights out, they were hungry you could tell for every big hit they delivered on Eli, it just showed how much they wanted this Super Bowl. Some people call it dirty defense, but it just shows how much they want it.
