Making new friends

My university was in the same city I live in, so I didn't have to live there or anything. I'd pretty much be up there only for classes and lacrosse practice, and I honestly can't name three people from university that I know today that I didn't before. I had enough friends to deal with already! My friends are all the same ones I've had from hockey, lacrosse, and highschool.




Basically, I have absolutely nothing helpful to say here.:mrgreen:

That's cool though, if there is one thing I can take away from that is friends from highschool can remain...

Can't help it. That's what I do for a living.

McGill or Western?

My grandaughter just started last week as a freshman at Washington State. To break the ice on her floor of the dorm, she and her roommate ordered about 10 pizzas to their room, then just yelled down the hall, "Pizza for everyone." Even some of the guys from the floor above came down. Lots of friends now.

I belonged to "Tappa Kegga Day." Not much academically, but boy, nobody could outdrink us.

LOLOLOL!!! Me.....i was already married when i went to college. My wife came to "surprise" me one day and showed up at my college..........there i was, in the hallway, with an 18 year old girl on her knees, hanging onto my leg saying "AL, PLEASE help me with my assignment!!!" I just stood there with a BIG grin on my face, as my wife stood there looking!
She walked up and said "I thought you said you didn't make any friends at college?" I just laughed!!! (And we're still married!!!) LOLOLOL!!! 8)

I must have missed that issue....

After the first lecture...... saw one friend from highschool and chilled with him for a bit.

Arrived 5 minutes early for my lecture... only to realize there were 526 students and I sat all teh way at the last row WAY WAY up. then people in that row left the lecture at will.

And.... nothing else..... yet. :-?
