BUFFALO, N.Y. (AP) - With Brett Favre now retired, Don Majkowski has no intention of claiming his old starting job in Green Bay again.

The thought of it, though, certainly proved amusing though, when Majkowski was introduced in Buffalo, New York, among 13 inductees into this year's Greater Buffalo Sports Hall of Fame.

Majkowski smiled at the thought of becoming the first quarterback to start for the Packers since Favre -- while also being the last quarterback to do so before Favre 16 years ago.

He says he might have thought about it a couple years ago, but now he's 44 and recently had an ankle fused.

The so-called "Majik Man" grew up in suburban Buffalo and now lives with his family in Atlanta, where he owns a real estate investment company.
