I was trying to decide if I thought we were a Super Bowl team, so I started thinking about our 5 losses this season, and wow Im actually very impressed.

49ers: 2 Seed in the NFC, one of the best defenses in the NFL.

Seahawks: 5th seed in the NFC, shouldve been a win, wont get into that lol.

Colts: 5th seed in the AFC, one of the best rookie QB's in a long time, and a road game.

Giants: Didnt make playoffs, but still finished 9-7, and it was away.

Vikings: 6th seed in the NFC, RB was looking to break rushing record...

As we can all see thats 4 out of 5 losses to teams that will be playing in the playoffs this year. I think that is very impressive and I cannot wait for the playoffs to start!

So everyone we've lost to is in the playoffs. Does not excite me.

Of any of the NFC teams the Seahawks have the best resume going into the playoffs.

Beat the Cowboys possible NFC East Champion as of this posting
    Beat the Patriots
    Beat the Vikings
    Beat the Packers
Split vs 49ers but destroyed them leading up to playoffs

Now lets look at the notable wins by the Pack

    Packers

    Handled the Texans
    Split vs Vikings

The only thing that makes me confident that we can get to the superbowl is that 3 of our 5 losses where in the first 5 weeks. This means that the team has improved since the start of the season. Also, I think this recent loss to the Vikings can have a positive effect on the team coming into the playoffs.

It's easier to learn from your mistakes when you lose than when you win.

Whoa bro so we can only beat bad teams???
We got this in the bag with Cobb back and another week of prep. I would rather be the 2 seed with a week break but we can manage.

Seattle beat those teams at home

Lost to Cards/Rams/Frisco/Lions/Dolphins on the road..Losing to those teams even on the road isnt impressive at all (other then Frisco)

Beat Bills on the road and the Bears on the road

We do not match up well against power run/run heavy teams with speedy edge rushers. That's what I read from this. Does not bode well for playoffs

Seattle lost to the packers. Most Seahawks will even tell you that.
