Thanks for calling the anniversary date to our attention. Lombardi was only 56 and had many more years of coaching ahead of him, had he lived. Of course, it would have been in Washington but it would have been interesting to see how he would have done with another decade or more to work in.

Listening to this made my day. Miss hearing "the rest of the story" too.

My perfect day would be Paul Harvey giving me a story of enlightenment in the morning and listening to audio of poetry recited by the one and only Charles Kuralt at evening.
