You really couldn't handle this conversation like a human being? Had to bring in the forum for reinforcements? Yeah I said it, and you are. That wasn't the only post either - I could search through the entirety of this forum and find countless times you said virtually nothing while boosting your own ego. How much research did you do exactly, or do you just blindly follow the "experts" like a sheep? Not to mention half my argument was your generalization of "people on a forum". I'm sure there's a handful of people on here, and many more on other forums out there, that actually do research and still thought the guy was a reach. And still, "experts" like Kiper, McShay, and Mayock are almost never right anyway. So get over yourself you old **** and make an argument instead of posting here because you need backup.

I don't want anyone to side with me, which is why I didn't agree with even bringing this conversation to the forums. It was between me and him, but whatever. There are experts who are better than others, but for the most part there is a reason they are on NFLN and ESPN instead of in the war rooms. In fact, Billick (ex Ravens coach, who have Newsome in their war room) said something to that effect on day 1 of the draft.

My point was if you blindly follow whatever the so-called experts have to say then you are no better than the people you're referring to who say "I have no idea who he is, so he is a reach." Having no information on the subject, yet still expressing an opinion. It's the same regardless of how you go about it.

Because age has everything to do with everything, right? The guy basically called half the forum idiots and no one says anything until I call him out on it, then take his side anyway?


And just for kicks, here's my opinion on the guy. I won't say he's a reach, because the difference between players late in the 3rd round and players late in the 7th round really isn't that much anymore. Personally, I just don't like the guy. Sure, he is the size of Steven Jackson and has decent speed, but watch any of his good games and big runs and you realize they all have one thing in common - he has GAPING holes to run through. Anyone currently on our roster could run through the same holes, possibly with more success. He can't outrun the fastest guy on the field, yet still gets tackled easily. He also can't do what the so-called experts call "getting small" - basically fitting through a hole that didn't even look like it was there. I know that sounds like a retarded thing to say when the guy is 230 pounds, but there are backs who do it. Sadly, our run blocking isn't that good, so I doubt he will have much success with us unless we fix that as well. Additionally, the guy can't block.

You're talking in circles man. Everything you just said I have already addressed. The fact that you ARE INDEED blindly following the experts makes you no better than the people you are reprimanding (and yes, the way you said it in your original post made it sound like you were essentially calling them idiots, re-read it if you don't believe me). How can you tell people that he isn't a reach based on something you heard from some guy that one time? That doesn't make any damn sense either man.

I can make nonsensical analogies too. Do you believe God is real just because a priest told you so?

Funny, because laughing at people to their faces then essentially saying their opinions mean nothing to you sure as hell sounds like you calling them idiots. Especially when you have admitted to the fact you know nothing about it as well.

The argument is valid but when it comes across as a rant thats turning personal it just loses its validity.

For all I know the guy on state st screaming about the end of times could have very sound points but because he is screaming angry I dont really pay much attention. Oh and he smells like piss.

I see your point, but I don't really care too much because he brought it into the forum, not me. I wasn't the guy on State St. screaming, I was the guy who made an angry phone call to a piss poor customer service department. Oh, and I take showers.

I'm really not sure how much clearer I can make this to you, but here's one last stab at it:

You reprimanded - yes, you did. don't even pretend you didn't because the way you worded that whole post made you sound like, well, an elitist toolbag "LOLOL I follow expert opinions I must know more than everyone" - people for having an uninformed opinion on the guy.
I mailed you originally because regardless of how wrong they were, you were just as much in the wrong as well. At least 4 times you have admitted to not knowing anything yet for some reason your opinion means more, because you followed some 'experts' who at the end of the day have no better idea of anything than any of us do (yes, myself included, and I actually do research on the people). Because at the end of the day, if any of us actually knew anything worth knowing, we would be working for the NFL, not debating about it on a forum. So next time, instead of getting a cocky attitude and pretending like you know more because you did the same amount of nothing, just let people have their opinions instead of shoving your head up the experts nether regions.
