For the first time ever, I am actually defending the Cowboys.

In an un-capped season both, Washington and Dallas spent a fortune on their players.

If this is for "competitive balance" I guess the NFL forgot how many games the Redskins and Cowboys actually won after blowing that money. How many times has Washington been to the playoffs since Synder took over the team?

2010 was an un-capped season, so why bother punishing teams by bringing the cap back, despite the fact neither of them are playoff teams after spending all that money?

I think this was pointless. We should just laugh at them both for blowing their money away and failing to make the playoffs.
