    Mike Smith of Atlanta going for it on fourth and inches on his own thirty? And not even close to making it?

    Saints knew what to do after they didn't. Kicker came out on a second down after and wins the game.

    The more I think about it, the stupider the call seems. Beats Belichik (Or however you spell it) going for it on that fourth down against the Colts.

    And why the heck does the RB go right towards the middle of the congested pile?
    Just take a few steps forward, brake, let 'em pile and fall and then run around the right or left of it with the QB blocking.

    In defense of Tony, he was on the end, run was up the middle. Tony's only job may have been to watch for a blitzing LB.

    I didn't like the play call, I liked that he went for it, but he should of tried something a bit more creative, but its the Failcons what do you expect.

    I was sort of expecting a fake up the middle to Turner, then a pass up the middle to Douglas, who the Saints could NOT cover the series before. If you're going to go for it deep in your own end, then go for broke.
