    Saw this and I hope it passes with crosby's strong leg every kickoff will go out of the endzone and I will no longer have to be touchered everytime our special teams comes out knowing that more than likely the other team will get the ball at the 25,

    I think this will make it pretty boring. Pretty much every kickoff will be a touchback. Takes away the skill of a return game on kickoffs. Saying that, we have a poor kickoff return game.....Do it!
