Assessment: This should be a very physical battle. Williams will have his hands full trying to handle Crabtree on routes over the middle. Kaepernick has a great arm, and Crabtree can shield off defenders with his big body. Crabtree will have to deal with Williams in his face a lot and could get frustrated. Williams will think he can catch up if Crabtree gets behind, so he might be able to take some chances on routes he diagnoses early.
